Why you should buy from us We will not make a full refund upon request if we feel that we have made an effort to make this service work in the first 7 days of your request.

We will not give full refund for any technical error unless you let us assist you first.

Refund request has to be made within 7 days of purchase date.

Refunds After 7 days are issued prorated over the remaining subscription period.

Processing Time:

Refunds will normally take 20 business days before being credited to your account.

It can take up to 90 days in since your bank or payment processors.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Unable to Configure the Service — While our support team helps with the setup, we should not be responsible for issues related to device.

Proceeding Channel Freezes/Outages Temporary: They might take place as a result of:

Internet fluctuations

Device issues

ISP-related problems

Temporary server downtime

Change of Mind or Switching Servers: If you’ve changed your mind, you can buy a new subscription.

Special Refund Considerations

In the event that a customer cannot get IPTV working within 1 day of activation, we will provide a 100% refund of the purchase price.

We will evaluate all requests for a refund and our support team will reach out to users to process eligible refunds.
